Can I get a refund for my digital download?
Due to the nature of digital products, we typically do not offer refunds. However, if you experience any issues with your download or receive a damaged file, please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase, and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.
Are the digital downloads editable?

Can I share the digital file with others?

What if I lose my downloaded file?

How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking information as soon as your order is shipped. If you did not receive this email, your order may not have shipped yet. Canada orders should receive their shipping confirmation email within 3 business days from the moment the order was placed. International orders should receive their shipping confirmation email within 5 business days from the moment the order was placed. If you have not received your shipping confirmation email with tracking information after the allotted time, please check your spam/junk mail to ensure the email did not go to this folder.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in the same like-new condition in which it was received. Your item must be returned to us in the original packaging.
Once the item has been delivered and processed by our returns department, you will receive a refund confirmation via email. Funds will be reflected on your account within 72 hours.

How do I take care of my jewelry?
Here are some tips you can follow to keep your fashion jewelry lasting as long as possible.
- Keep your jewelry away from water, oil, soap, lotion, perfume, silver cleaner and other harsh chemicals.
- Give your jewelry a break - constant or daily wear can deposit oils and perfumes onto the jewelry and cause discoloration (sterling silver or gold jewelry does not apply).
- Store your jewelry properly - soft pouches and jewelry boxes are ideal and prevent damage, tangling, or chipping.
- Clean your jewelry before storing it away - even a quick wipe with a soft cloth will do wonders.
- Avoid using harsh jewelry cleaners that contain acid, alcohol, vinegar, or ammonia.
